It's such an awesome product from mi... Totally loving it.. The packing was so nice... safely packed....But the load of the powerbank is somewhat large

good product if you've got a quick 2.0 charger else need to get one or need to await 11 hrs to charge with standard 5v 2 a mi adapter

no adapter is given to raised get one from mi store 9volt 2amp fast charger so you'll easily charge within 7 hrs

got it today so yet to check thoroughly. first impression is sweet . its maximum output is 18w. one port support qc3 at a time. if you're charging two devices of 5 volts you'll get 1.8 amp of current in both the devices (on a mean , total 3.6amps), which is quite enough,,, actually fast. you'll get 2amp if charging one device. it can charge at 12 volt & 9 volt too (as it supports fast charging). it took 5.25 hours to urge half charged via a 10w(5v/2a) charger. I even have ordered a fast charger from gearbest which is that the cheapest charger you'll get (a gocomma 30w charger with 3 usb ports, one port supports qc3. price=510rs inclusive of delivery fee ) then ready to |i'll"> i will be able to be able to charge it fully within 7 hours. those that are complaining its charging time to be long either do not have a 18w charger (may be not even a 10w) or forgot the very fact that it is a 20000mah(3.7v) powerbank. remember that you simply must have a usb cable which supports 2amps or more current (the cable that comes with the powerbank supports but it's small) for fast charging. i feel company didn't provide it in black to stay it cool(to avoid any risk)& choosing plastic over metal to form it less bulky. the 10000mah model(which is smaller in capacity) is black & also metallic which helps it get cool faster( it causes the powerbank to urge hot faster within the sun too). i counsel you to not expose this powerbank within the sun & to never put it in your back pocket (in case you'll sit on it). hold it properly everytime to avoid dropping. use it wisely. avoid temperature+avoid pressure+avoid dropping & then you're good to travel .

product and packaging was good, i just received the merchandise , my first impression are

* I checked the facility bank with my poco f1 (18w charger)it works well

*build quality was good

*very good design, honestly this (black) one looks more premium and attractive than the previous white one

*the mini usb cable isn't that good that i expect

**and more importantly iam slightly disappointed that there's no usb TYPE C cable (today many mobile phones comes with typec)

About power bank :

Good material used, big in size and heavy . with 5v 2 amp charger power bank took around 13 hrs for full charge, then I even have charged my note 7 pro for 2 times ( note 7 pro fully charged in 1 h and 17 mints) and note 5 pro from 30% -85 you are still 3 led lights are blinking indicating 75% charge is left in power bank.. Blindly choose this power bank if u travel frequently .. For fast charge of power bank use fast chargers..

There is no digital indication for charger left.

Both the ports give 18W output so if you would like to charge an older phone which does not support fast charging it'd not respond.I have Mi max 2 which behaves badly on connecting with this powerbank but OnePlus 6 charges nicely.

They haven't included a Type-C wire with it so you will have to shop for an adapter for charging type-c phones.

There are not any features like torch which is usually included during a powerbank.

Only good feature is fast charging except for that the worth isn't justifiable.

3. I'm using redmi mi a1 You mentioned it's going to charge 4.3 times of full charge.

my mobile battery capacity is 3080

MAH , 20000(-)13244(4.3)times = 6756 MAH Is loss(2 times of full charge).
